Return and Shipping Policy

We've tried to keep our T&C's pages as simple as possible, as we believe in plain English that's easy to understand. No legalese, no jargon and no loopholes.

SHIPPING

Bling By Amanda will ship worldwide, with one current exception. We will not ship to Russia.
All UK shipping is handled by either Royal Mail, Hermes or Yodel.
All International shipping is handled by either Parcelforce, UPS or DHL.
Shipping is charged to the customer as a flat fee per order. In simple terms, this means that you pay a simple unchanging shipping fee that covers your entire order, whether it consists of one item or a hundred items.
Shipping within the UK is charged at £5 per order, and shipping anywhere else in the world with the exception of Russiais charged at £15 per order.

FULFILLMENT

Bling By Amanda keeps a number of items in stock, however most items sold on this website are custom orders and need to be made before they can be shipped to you.
If an item is in stock, it will be shipped to you the very next working day.
If an item is not in stock, we will commence making it to your specifications the very next working day. This process usually takes around two to three days depending on the item, and when complete it will be shipped to you immediately.
Once shipped, orders to the UK, Europe and USA are usually delivered within two to three days, and the rest of the world within a week.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted at Bling By Amanda for two reasons.
1. The goods are faulty or signifigantly not as you expected.
2. You have changed your mind and no longer need the item.
In both cases, the return is initiated the same way. By reaching out to us via email at amanda@blingbyamanda.com and requesting a refund, outlining your reasons why. Don't worry about the reason, we're happy to accept returns but a few criteria will apply.
If the goods are damaged, faulty or not as described, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label, and once the item has been received back and inspected, a full refund will be issued. You will have 14 days from the delivery date as recorded by the courier to report the issue to us, and a further 14 days from the date of reporting to return the item to us. Failure to adhere to these timeframes may result in your claim being closed with no further action taken. If you feel you can't meet these timeframes, it's important to communicate with us so we understand what's happening and take your circumstances into account.
If you've requested a return simply because you've changed your mind, you'll be asked to pay for the return postage yourself, and once the item has been received back and inspected, a full refund will be issued. You will have 7 days from the date the order was placed to report the issue to us, and a further 7 days from the date of reporting to return the item to us. Failure to adhere to these timeframes may result in your claim being closed with no further action taken. If you feel you can't meet these timeframes, it's important to communicate with us so we understand what's happening and take your circumstances into account.
